📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage project-related payables, including invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
• Leverage SAP and QuickBooks to streamline accounting processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support project management and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on accounting procedures and digital tools.
• Participate in audits and internal reviews to maintain financial integrity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and digital transformation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on project-related payables.
• Proficient in SAP and QuickBooks, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Certification in CPA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
