📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property development and construction industry.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, developers, and government entities.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the 3DCP industry.
• Manage and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote our 3DCP technology and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of 3DCP projects.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our business development efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to inform our business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the property development and construction industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
