📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and accurately.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.,Assist with inventory management and stock checks.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Work as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
