📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in technical content.,Create user guides, manuals, and other technical materials to support our customers.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Work closely with the Technical Writer to ensure high-quality output and meet project deadlines.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
