📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and innovate new cocktail and drink recipes to keep our beverage program fresh and exciting.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate supplies of ingredients and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
