📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management.Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.Build strong relationships with senior management to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business goals.Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.Handle legal and compliance aspects related to HR, including labor laws and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong understanding of HR best practices, laws, and regulations in Indonesia.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience in agribusiness or a related industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
