As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.

Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.

Lead HR-related projects and initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using HR software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
