As a Merchant Success Executive, you will be the face of BukuWarung, building relationships with merchants, understanding their needs, and helping them integrate our EDC solutions into their daily operations.

In this role, you will visit merchants, understand their business challenges, and propose tailored EDC solutions that enhance their financial transactions. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process, providing ongoing support to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales canvassing to identify and approach potential merchants in Gianyar.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Present and demonstrate BukuWarung's EDC solutions, highlighting their benefits and features.
Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring merchants are set up and trained on our EDC systems.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any issues merchants may encounter.
Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of EDC solutions.
Participate in team meetings and sales targets to drive overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in financial services or related industries.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain merchant relationships.
Familiarity with EDC systems and financial transaction processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Understanding of the merchant landscape in Gianyar and Bali is beneficial.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
