📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions that meet the needs of our applications and infrastructure.,Optimize existing monitoring solutions to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.,Collaborate with development, operations, and other teams to ensure that monitoring solutions are aligned with business goals and technical requirements.,Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Dynatrace and monitoring best practices.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in monitoring and observability technologies and trends.,Participate in the continuous improvement of our monitoring and observability practices and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in monitoring and observability, with a strong focus on Dynatrace.,Strong understanding of cloud computing and cloud-native technologies.,Experience with containerized environments and microservices architectures.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Professional certifications in Dynatrace or other relevant monitoring and observability technologies are a plus.
