📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage inventory management processes, including stock levels, reorder points, and inventory turnover.,Oversee procurement activities, including supplier selection, order placement, and contract negotiation.,Manage transportation and delivery processes, including carrier selection, route planning, and tracking.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and report on key logistics performance metrics, such as lead times, order accuracy, and cost savings.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve logistics challenges and opportunities.,Develop and implement logistics strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Provide training and support to logistics team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Indonesian citizenship or permanent residency.
