📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's culture and values to ensure alignment with our hiring practices.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members to support their development.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
