📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Monitor food costs and portion sizes to optimize profitability.,Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and well-maintained.,Handle any food safety or quality issues that may arise during operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
