You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new hires, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
• Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Coordinate with senior management to ensure that HR strategies align with business goals.
• Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Provide HR support to the mill and plantation operations, including safety and health initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
