CV Nagari Bhakti is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
