📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing support.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Proven track record of managing HR activities effectively.
