📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the production team.
• Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor production output and quality to meet company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using production management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
