📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.,Manage team budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the team.,Represent the company at various events and meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing a hybrid team.
