📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues
  • Assist in data backup and recovery processes
  • Ensure IT security and data protection
  • Maintain and update IT documentation
  • Support the implementation of new IT projects
  • Provide training and guidance to other employees on IT-related matters

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Familiarity with network technologies and security protocols
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
  • Valid ID and work permit for Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat
