📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in the sales process by identifying potential customers and promoting our products/services.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to management.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Recent graduate or have limited experience in retail sales.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of basic sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies.,Basic knowledge of the retail industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
