📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for our company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
