SAFRA National Service Association is seeking a dynamic and passionate Projects & Engagement Executive to join our team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and coordinate various events and initiatives to promote community engagement and national service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation in national service programs.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials to raise awareness and attract participants.
  • Monitor and evaluate event outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of community outreach programs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event participants and community members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a community or non-profit setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with community engagement and outreach strategies.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
