📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate communication, and offer negotiation.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
