UNITY Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools.,Ability to travel and work remotely as required.
