As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales activities to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Promote products and services to increase sales and market share.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Assist in store setup, merchandising, and display of products.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.
