📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Train and supervise fleet staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.,Ensure that all fleet operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and organizational skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
