📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic account management plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of strategic initiatives.,Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continued success of the marketplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with the food delivery and marketplace industry is a plus.
