📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SEM strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI,Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization,Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders,Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM efforts with overall business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEM and Google Ads,Provide training and mentorship to junior team members,Identify and implement new opportunities for SEM growth and innovation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEM and Google Ads,Proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools,Familiarity with SEO best practices and principles,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
