📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Generate regular sales reports and provide insights for business growth.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successful store management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.,Experience in the F&B or retail industry is a plus.
