📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Assist in converting leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.,Collaborate with the sales team to support overall business goals.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
