In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation and commissioning of various tools and equipment in our state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility. You'll work with a diverse range of tools, including advanced process equipment, automation systems, and specialized machinery. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that these tools are installed according to strict specifications and that they integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and commission a wide range of tools and equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing, including process tools, automation systems, and specialized machinery.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure that tools are installed and maintained according to industry standards and company specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of installed tools to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
• Document all installation procedures, including diagrams, schematics, and operational manuals, to ensure knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tool installation processes and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during tool installation and commissioning.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff on the operation and maintenance of installed tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 5 years of experience in tool installation and commissioning in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven experience with a variety of tools and equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing, including process tools, automation systems, and specialized machinery.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices for tool installation and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international teams.
• Familiarity with tools and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PLC programming for tool configuration and troubleshooting.
• Certification in semiconductor manufacturing processes or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to travel to other Micron sites as required.
