HRD Supervisor - Talent Development & Recruitment Specialist

As an HRD Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, working closely with the leadership team to implement HR policies and procedures. You will manage our recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and training, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will oversee employee development programs, including performance management, training, and career planning, to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Oversee employee development programs, including performance management, training, and career planning.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, including employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and recruitment.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
