🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in nursing operations and healthcare management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing nursing teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Certifications in healthcare management, operations, or a related field are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
