📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize die-casting production processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain production standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and contractors.
• Utilize production management software such as SAP or similar tools to track and analyze production data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in die-casting technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role in the die-casting industry.
• Strong knowledge of die-casting processes and technology.
• Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with production management software such as SAP or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
