📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our new and used car financing products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, banks, and other financial institutions to expand our network and increase our reach.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the automotive financing industry.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to effectively communicate our products and services.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to achieve our common goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit marketing, automotive financing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and financing products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving results.
