📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular field audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor transactions and identify suspicious activities using tools like SAP and RiskWatch.
• Investigate and report potential risks to the risk management team.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect our clients and assets.
• Provide training and guidance to field teams on risk management best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial transactions.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all risk-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, financial services, or a similar role.
• Certification in Risk Management (e.g., CISM, CRMA, or FRM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using SAP and RiskWatch.
