Additionally, you'll be involved in marketing activities, including creating promotional materials, participating in industry events, and managing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in marketing activities, including creating promotional materials and managing our online presence.
• Attend and represent Radian Peninsula Indonesia at industry events and conferences.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marine engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the marine or shipyard industry.
• Strong understanding of the marine and shipyard industry, including knowledge of marine equipment, machinery, and shipbuilding components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
• Valid SIM card and driving license.
