HSE Supervisor - Nickel Mining Operations

PT Bahtera Bumi Raya is seeking a skilled HSE Supervisor to join our nickel mining operations in Konawe Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara. This critical role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs for nickel mining operations.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and supervision to mining teams on HSE best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including incident reports, safety data sheets, and environmental permits.
• Collaborate with environmental consultants and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in mining or industrial settings.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., CMI, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
• Experience with environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental laws.
• Knowledge of HSE software and tools, such as SAP, MSHA, or similar.
• Ability to work in a remote and challenging environment.
