📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including rum, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Clean and sanitize the bar area, ensuring it is always presentable and safe for guests.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Learn and understand the menu, specials, and drink recipes, contributing to the bar's overall performance.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your bartending skills.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality role, preferably in a rum bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of rum selection and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic bar software.
