📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process payments, including bank transfers, credit card payments, and other electronic payment methods.
• Ensure accurate and timely settlement of all financial transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payment processing and settlement operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payment processing and settlement operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Certification in payment processing and settlement operations, such as PCI DSS or CISM, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
